Delivery Times 

Standard delivery time for UK mainland is usually 1-5 working days. You will be informed of any possible delays, so please give us a reliable daytime telephone number so that we may contact you.

Whilst most components listed on the website are normal stock items we cannot guarantee the delivery times stated. Should any delay be unavoidable then we will inform you as soon as possible.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE SHIP WORLDWIDE AND EACH ORDER IS SHIPPED BASED ON PACKAGE SIZE & WEIGHT & IS QUOTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS.

WE ALWAYS ADVISE SHIPPING COSTS PRIOR TO SHIPPING.

Please note that carriage charges may change through the year due to fluctuations in prices from carriers worldwide.

DELIVERY TIMES/LIABILITY 

Please Note - Goods must be signed for on receipt.

The 'Time in Days" figure quoted reference shipping, excludes Saturday and Sunday and all delivery times are subject to stock availability. Any out of stock items will be despatched on an express delivery service at no extra charge as soon as they come into stock.

Whilst we treat all orders as urgent we regret we cannot guarantee a next day delivery to Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man and for the following Post Codes an Extra 24hrs Must be allowed. AB3-5, DD8-9, FK16-21, IV1-56, KA27-28, KY, KW1-17, PA20-88, PH17-44, TR21-25, ZE1-3.

Liability - Please note that we cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or loss by our carriers, only for the value of lost goods.

Please note goods can only be sent to the registered credit card holders address & NOT to a 3rd party.

To enable your enquiry to be handled swiftly please be prepared to quote your Invoice number.

RETURNING GOODS 

We must be contacted within 7 days of you receiving your goods. Should you need to return any item please return it with the original packaging and send it recorded delivery. Enclose a copy of the invoice and a letter giving your name, address and telephone number, give details of the reason for return and what action you wish us to take. A 15& restocking charge will apply. In the case of faulty goods please contact us on 0845 838 7450 and we will then decide the best course of action.

Coast 2 Coast Off Road are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of suspected faulty or incorrectly supplied parts. (This does not affect your statutory rights.)

SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCT LINES.

With special orders or where goods have been made to a customers specification we must reserve the right to refuse cancellation and refunds and the deduction of a handling charge will be made at our discretion.

SHORTAGES OF GOODS 

In the case of missing items we must be contacted immediately as we cannot guarantee to deal with any claim where we have not been notified within 5 working days of receipt of your parcel.

PRICE CHANGES

All prices are inclusive of VAT. Every effort is made to make sure prices on the website are correct. Unfortunately this is not always possible. Therefore we reserve the right to alter prices as and when needed without prior notice.

RETENTION OF GOODS

All goods remain the property of Coast 2 Coast Off Road until payment is received in full.
